Consignee and third-party information. To complete a delivery we often receive information about the receiving party (name, address, contact details). If you provide us personal information about another person \— such as a consignee or a contact at the delivery site \— you confirm you are entitled to share it with us for the purpose of arranging carriage.

Carrier and driver information. When we place freight with partner carriers, we collect and process business and driver information necessary to vet and dispatch them: operating authority (USDOT/MC numbers), insurance certificates, equipment details, driver names and contact numbers, and proof-of-delivery signatures.

Operational and shipment records. Bills of lading (BOL), rate confirmations, tracking events, delivery receipts, claims documentation, and related correspondence generated while managing your freight.

6. How long we keep it

We retain shipment and carrier records for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy legal, tax, insurance and claims-limitation requirements \— typically several years after a shipment is completed, consistent with transportation record-keeping rules and the applicable statute of limitations for cargo claims. Quote and enquiry data that does not result in a booking is kept only as long as reasonably useful, then deleted or anonymised. Website server logs are retained for a short period for security.

7. How we protect your information

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data \— access controls, encryption in transit where practical, and limiting access to staff and carriers who need it.
